PU glue is an elastic material that produces filter end caps through pouring. This eliminates the need for iron end caps and rubber sealing rings for air filters, and is also the most ideal product for producing trigger type air filters.
Physical and chemical indicators and performance:
Material A:
Appearance: Orange red uniform liquid (other colors can be configured according to needs) PU glue filter element | PU filter element [Sanlian Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd.]
Density: 1.02g/mg
Viscosity: 800-1000MPa S (25 ℃)
Material B:
Appearance: Brown yellow liquid
Density: 1.27g/ml
Viscosity: 25-50MPa S (25 ℃)
Usage:
1. Mix material A with a hand drill before using glue every day, and shake material B well.
2. Open the electric heating plate and adjust the temperature to 40-50 degrees. In winter, preheat materials A and B in small containers.
3. Wipe the mold with a release agent.
4. Mix A and B materials in a ratio of 100:40, add 40% talcum powder, and use a 2800 rpm motor to mix the adhesive. The stirring time is determined by the amount of adhesive, and every 100 grams of adhesive is approximately 7-10 seconds.
5. Stir the mixed liquid evenly and pour it into the mold, then apply pressure to the paper core.
6. Demould after 10 minutes.
Storage, transportation, and packaging:
1. The storage period of AB material is 6-9 months.
2. It is advisable to store indoors at temperatures above 15 ℃.
Notes:
1. This product is generally stored indoors in a dry environment, and attention should be paid to waterproofing, moisture resistance, and sun protection. The inner and outer covers must be properly sealed to prevent the adhesive from absorbing moisture from the air and affecting its effectiveness.
2. A/B material can be used normally at room temperature (25 ℃), but if the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the effectiveness of use. Manual methods must be used to cool or heat up.
3. The mold must be coated with release agent before pouring glue, and can only be poured after it dries.
Packaging
Each group of glue weighs 70 kilograms, of which A glue weighs 50 kilograms and B glue weighs 20 kilograms. The minimum order quantity is one group of glue. You can also pack 200 kilograms in iron drums,
Machine injection molding adhesive (SLAP125)
PU glue is an elastic material that forms the filter element end cap through machine pouring, eliminating the need for iron end caps and rubber sealing rings for air filters and saving manufacturing costs. And it is durable and has good sealing performance. And it is also the most ideal product for producing trigger type air filters.
Physical and chemical indicators and performance:
Material A:
Appearance: Milk white (primary color), a uniform liquid (other colors can be configured as needed)
Density: 1.02g/ml
Viscosity: 800-1000MPa S (25 ℃)
Material B:
Appearance: Brown yellow liquid PU filter cartridge | Large car filter cartridge | PU filter cartridge adhesive [Sanlian Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd.]
Density: 1.27g/ml
Viscosity: 25-50MPa S (25 ℃)
Usage:
1. Before each injection of glue into the glue machine, the A material barrel must be fully shaken until the A material is stirred evenly.
The ratio of A and B materials is A: B=100:25 (i.e. 4:1).
3. It is advisable to control the material temperature between 24 ℃ and 28 ℃, and it can be started and operated
4. Before use, the mold must be wiped with a release agent (note: new plastic molds can be exempted from wiping)
If the reaction between materials A and B is not sufficient, measure the ratio of materials A and B.
Materials A and B must be sealed and stored. To avoid reacting with air and water vapor, which may affect the effectiveness of the colloid.
