Usage:

Room temperature adhesive is suitable for paper filter cartridges used in internal combustion engines such as cars and tractors, as well as for bonding paper to iron plates or plastics.

The two-component room temperature curing filter cartridge special adhesive has good adhesion to metal paper, impact resistance, peel resistance, vibration fatigue resistance, as well as good wear resistance and oil resistance.

Appearance: A material is a white viscous liquid, while B material is a black liquid (color can be produced according to customer requirements)

Adhesive strength: Initial adhesive strength 20-21KN/CM2

Peel strength: 40-48KN/CM2

High temperature 135 ℃ and low temperature -35 ℃ oil immersion test for 192 hours, no shrinkage cracking or delamination phenomenon.

Usage:

1. The surface of the end cover should be cleaned thoroughly to remove oil and dust, and thoroughly dried. There should be no foreign objects such as oil or water on the surface, otherwise it will affect the bonding strength.

2. Before adding ingredients, mix or invert material A in the barrel, mix material A and material B in a 6:1 ratio, and mix thoroughly and evenly.

3. Inject an appropriate amount of adhesive into the end cap and let it sit for a moment, so that the adhesive surface is evenly applied to various parts of the end cap.

4. Insert the filter cartridge paper (or add a central tube) into the end cover, check the surfaces of the two adhesive parts to ensure complete contact, and then apply slight pressure to the top and let it stand still.

5. After about 1 hour of curing, flip it over and cover it with adhesive on the other end. After 24 hours of complete drying, it can be packaged and used after 5 days.

Each group weighs 35 kilograms, including 30 kilograms for material A and 5 kilograms for material B
