This product is suitable for adhesive bonding between oil filter elements, hydraulic oil filter elements, various irregular filter elements, and water filter element end caps and filter paper, as well as between end caps and central pipes.

The results of the adhesive strength test are as follows:

Tensile strength (steel steel)

7.25MPa (standard value ≥ 1.00MPa)

Shear strength (steel steel)

10.17MPa (standard value ≥ 1.00MPa)

Paper filter cartridge tensile strength (C0304)

847N (paper break) (standard value ≥ 500N)

After soaking in engine oil at 135 ℃± 1 ℃ for 192 hours, there was no shrinkage cracking or delamination phenomenon in the high oil temperature test.

Usage:

1. The surface of the end cover should be cleaned thoroughly to remove oil and dust, and thoroughly dried. There should be no foreign objects such as oil or water on the surface, otherwise it will affect the bonding strength.

2. Before adding ingredients, mix or invert material A in the bucket, mix material A and material B in a 5:1 ratio, and mix thoroughly and evenly.

3. Inject an appropriate amount of adhesive into the end cap and let it sit for a moment, so that the adhesive surface is evenly applied to various parts of the end cap.

4. Insert the filter cartridge paper (or add a central tube) into the end cover, check the surfaces of the two adhesive parts to ensure complete contact, and then apply slight pressure to the top and let it stand still.

5. After about 2 hours of curing, flip it over and cover it with adhesive on the other end. After 10 hours, it can be packaged and used after 2 days.
